HMP GLOBAL PROTOCOLS
Commitment to Your Health & Safety
Your health and safety are always a priority for us. Vaccinations have reduced the need for many of the COVID-19 protocols that were formerly in place: face masks, social distancing, and travel restrictions. In many cities and states, these rules have been fully lifted.
As HMP Global moves forward with a return to in-person events, we continue to closely monitor the guidance released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with state and local governments to comply with current guidelines and ensure that we provide an environment that is as safe as possible for our participants and staff.
Health and Safety FAQs
What is AMP's mask policy?
Attendees who have been or will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of July 23, 2021 may choose whether or not to wear face masks. (Note, fully vaccinated includes those vaccinated two (2) weeks following the final dose of any of the FDA approved vaccines). All attendees who will not be fully vaccinated are to wear a face mask to all portions of AMP 2021 in accordance with the latest CDC guidance. For those unvaccinated, masks may be removed when eating or drinking.
Will social distancing be implemented?
AMP has secured additional venue space to allow for attendees to spread out and reduce crowding. Please refrain from handshakes and embracing as an extra precaution and continue to follow all CDC guidelines. Consider using digital alternatives to share contact information. Ample hand sanitizer stations will be available; please wash your hands often, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or elbow, and stay home if you are sick.
How will meeting rooms be set up?
Attendees can expect general classroom seating at distances to accommodate attendee comfort levels with increased cleaning protocols.
Will live streaming be available?
AMP is also offering the symposium virtually if you are unable to travel.
